Poetic and stunning in equal measure, it recalls the zenith balance where we seem to reach for the horizon but this position only lasts temporary.

3. Fabian Corsican

An expert athlete, Fabian excels at sports such as fencing – even training with Herzon to become the next champion! Though often critical and critical with others (the Bad Kids especially), they still respect his efforts as equals and respect him as such; though highly competitive he often overextends himself during battle by performing stunts which don’t impact its outcome!
As he doesn’t wish for them to feel uncomfortable or jealous of him, he tries to keep his wealth and fame a secret from the Bad Kids. While often generous with gifts – often without disclosing who gives them – he has also been known to bribe coaches and members of Owlbears to gain spots on bloodrush team. 4. Harry Drake
Harry Drake, Susie Myerson’s biggest supporter and manager on The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, can be an intimidating presence if crossed. While Harry can be friendly towards Midge and Susie when needed, crossing him can result in him turning into an adversary that makes for dangerous adversary behavior. But who is Harry in real life?
Harry Drake, then 50 years old and living on Portland Avenue in St. Paul with his wife and children, was working for an advertising agency in Manhattan after having recently graduated from Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles. Additionally he enjoyed sports fanaticism as well as collecting modern photographs.
While at an ad agency, he met Susie Myerson – later his girlfriend and eventual business partner. Myerson became his first hire to assist with his photographic collection; later becoming its manager.
Drake found success as a photographer, yet it was his relationship with Susie that kept him grounded. Although he experienced betrayal from many people in his life except her, Drake never forgot their bond and its strength in him.
At the core of duelle du quinte, Drake’s survival depended on his relationship with Claire. The film’s finale, when he sacrificed himself for her sake, wasn’t simply an emotional resolution but also served to illustrate all their relationships that had come before it.
Though Drake’s motivations for choosing death remain unclear, it seems likely that he believes it will allow him to continue living forever with Susie by his side. This theme reappears throughout the film as it serves as a meditation on mortality and human knowledge limits; making this film both thought-provoking and emotionally powerful, earning its status as one of France’s beloved cinematic masterpieces.
